Brad Pitts of Elite Protection of NY. Taking an interest in this field of work when he was 17, his experience spans over 15 years in security. Pitts has experience in security for large sporting events, private investigations, and security escorts. Pitts currently serves the Buffalo Police Department as a Lieutenant.

He has been serving his community proudly since 2009, collecting numerous awards for his work in the department. While working in the department, Pitts has become Federally certified as an Emergency Response Team officer to assist in civil unrest. His training also expands in having numerous FEMA certifications in Disaster Relief.

Bradford Pitts Sr. is a native of Buffalo, NY, and was brought up in a family of seven boys by Robert and Ruby Pitts. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Law/Criminal Justice. With a career spanning 26 years in law enforcement with the Buffalo Police Department, Bradford has served in various capacities such as the detective division, hostage negotiator, dignitary unit, as well as the traffic/motorcycle unit and patrol. Following this, he spent over 12 years working with the United States Department of State as a contractor in the Diplomatic Security Division with a Secret Security designation, stationed at the U.S. Passport Agency office in Buffalo, NY. Furthermore, Bradford has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in the security industry, holding senior managerial roles in renowned companies like US Security and RJD Security. His contributions extended to overseeing the security operations for major establishments including the Buffalo Bills/Deleware North food and beverage concession unit at the Bills football stadium, KeyCenter (formerly HSBC arena), Sheas Theater, and the establishment of the security unit at Tops supermarket on Jefferson Ave. in Buffalo, NY. Currently, Bradford holds the position of Director of Operations at Elite Protection of New York LLC, where he manages contract security services and daily operations. He believes Buffalo, NY presents ample opportunities for individuals and families who are willing to invest their efforts towards building a successful future in a city that offers a high quality of life.

Christopher Pliszka is a dedicated law enforcement professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in public safety. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Geographical Information Systems, with a minor in International Business, from the University of Buffalo. His educational pursuits laid a solid foundation for a career that blends technology and international perspectives with community service.

Christopher holds a New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services Instructor Certification, highlighting his commitment to education and the development of future law enforcement professionals. 

His career in policing began in 2008 when he served as a Police Officer on the east side of Buffalo, where he built crucial relationships within the community until 2014. Following this, he was promoted to Detective, where he worked in the C District and the Intelligence Unit from 2014 to 2017, honing his investigative skills and tackling various crime-related challenges.

In 2017, Christopher was appointed as Detective Sergeant overseeing both the Narcotics and Homicide Units. In this role, he has presided over several critical incidents, including the tragic Tops mass shooting, where his leadership and expertise were vital in managing the complexities of the case.

Throughout his career, Christopher has received several police accommodations from the city of Buffalo. Notably, he was recognized for his exceptional efforts during Buffalo's last severe snowstorm and for his invaluable contributions during the aftermath of the Tops mass shooting. Christopher continues to dedicate his life to enhancing public safety and serving his community with integrity and professionalism.

Simmone has 9 years of administrative and financial experience. She is the director of the Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. Resiliency Center and the payroll manager for Tapestry Charter School. Simmone also serves as the head treasurer for two non-profit organizations; New Light Assembly Church and Legacy 5.14 Memorial Scholarship Inc. She is working to obtain her MBA in Finance at Niagara University with an anticipated graduation date of May 15th, 2025. 

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I moved to the United States seeking opportunities to better myself and forge a successful path. Through dedication and hard work, I became self-made, pursuing my passion for law enforcement and putting myself through college where I earned a degree in criminal justice with a focus on law enforcement. This educational foundation set the stage for a successful career in the security industry. My career has spanned roles from security guard to management, where I have applied my skills and experience to excel in the security industry.

I began my career as a security guard, quickly demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety and security. My hands-on experience in various security roles provided me with invaluable insights into the intricacies of the industry, from day-to-day operations to emergency response protocols.

As I gained experience, I transitioned into management positions, where I leveraged my knowledge and skills to oversee teams and ensure the highest standards of safety and security. My management style is rooted in effective communication, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both security personnel and the clients they serve.

Throughout my career, I have continued to expand my expertise through various training programs and certifications, staying abreast of the latest developments in the security field. My bilingual abilities have been an asset in working with diverse teams and clientele, enhancing communication and operational efficiency.

Currently, working for Elite Protection of NY as a Regional Manager as well as United Healthcare as an Essential Plan Account Manager, where I continue to apply my extensive experience in management. My journey from a security guard to a management role reflects my dedication to the field and my commitment to professional growth and excellence.
